You need to be able to manage an end-to-end recruitment cycle including business development.

Proven Revenue.

Proven billing history of not less than $250,000 per annum.

Q. How does the NatRec Assoc. program work?
A. For the recruiter wanting more than just “another” agency experience. Our associates are employed recruiters wanting greater flexibility, freedom, autonomy and serious career progression.

Q. Do I earn a competitive base salary?
A. Yes. We will pay a competitive base salary for recruiters that meet our criteria plus a great share of the profit you generate.

Q. Will I receive commission?
A. We don’t work on commission, we work on profit share and you will earn more under our structure.

Q. What sort of career progression is there?
A. We offer interested recruiters a pathway to owning their own business. We provide business training modules and milestone targets for the recruiter who REALLY wants more than just another job! Once you are ready, you remain in our system and continue to get all the back office services and support as you do as an employee, the only difference being YOU own it.

Q. What do I need to bring to the table?

A. Our offices; your home office; on the road with your clients. There is no “standard” here, you work the best way for you to succeed and we will tailor a work plan to suit you.

Q. Do I report to anyone?
A. Yes we assign a Support Manager but they are there to assist you, not hinder you. We’re in this together.

Q. Can I recruit temps? contractors? perm only?
A. You can do whatever you want! There are no restrictions for our recruiters and we will facilitate whatever desk you choose whether it be one or the other or dual.
